Guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds for services provided by TryWilder.

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds for services provided by TryWilder, our social media content creation and scheduling platform.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • New Subscriptions: If you're unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • Subscription Renewals: No refunds will be issued for automatic subscription renewals - please manage your subscription settings to avoid unwanted renewals
  • Add-on Features: Add-on purchases may be refunded within 7 days if unused
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom enterprise plans are subject to the refund terms outlined in the service agreement
  • Community Edition: As our open source Community Edition is free to use, refunds do not apply to this service

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription
  • Transaction fees or taxes associated with payments
  • Third-party integration fees or costs
  • Premium template packs that have been downloaded or used

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to support@trywilder.com
  2. Include your account information, subscription details, and reason for refund
  3. Provide the original payment method and transaction date
  4. Our team will review your request within 5 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of these guidelines on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages
  • Technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use our platform
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically initiate a refund. You must separately request a refund if eligible according to this policy. For information on cancelling your subscription, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
