For emails sent during business hours (Monday - Friday, between 10 am - 5 pm), you’ll most probably receive a reply within a few hours.
For emails sent during weekdays after business hours, you should be receiving a reply the next morning.
For emails sent over the weekend, expect a reply around lunchtime on Monday.
